Getting Remote Assistance Using Crossloop

Neil Warwick Consulting is pleased to announce that from 1st January 2009 we are now able to offer Remote Assistance using the ‘Crossloop’ service.

As long as you are able to access the internet you will be able to create a Crossloop session to allow us remote access to your computer so that we can diagnose and fix your problem.

Providing a service such as this allows us to keep our prices as competitive as possible, as we don’t need to allow for travelling expenses etc. and also allows us to offer our services at times of the day where it wasn’t previously possible.

To use the remote assistance option please use the following steps

  1. Visit the Crossloop website at www.crossloop.com and download and install the free software, you will also need to create a new account, which is free.
  2. Once you have the software installed and account created, visit our Crossloop profile page at http://www.crossloop.com/NeilWarwickConsulting to check our status.
  3. If you see a small logo like this then we're available to help you out. Click the large green 'Contact Me' button and login to your account if necessary, you will then be presented with a form to complete detailing your problems and how to contact you - please be as descriptive as possible, and provide at least an E-mail address, and preferably a phone number to contact you on.
  4. Once we have acknowledged your request for help we will contact you to arrange to receive your access code so that I can connect remotely.
  5. Once your problem is solved we will bill you by either PayPal or Crossloop payments.

As with all our services, Remote Assistance come with our 'no-fix, no fee' guarantee
