Removing the arrows from Windows desktop shortcuts

There is a registry fix to do this, but we don't recommend editing the registry to anyone but the experienced.

A much better way is to download the 'TweakUI' powertoy from Microsoft which has an option to remove the arrows, plus you get a whole lot of other stuff to play with as well!

To get the powertoy, goto the Microsoft website and type TweakUI into the search box, and follow the results to the download section.
